Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, and we will provide a full refund.
You can drop in to our practice, or mail email@example.com to arrange return via Australia Post. If you have any issues with the contact lenses, please call us or send an email and we will do our best to sort it out straight away.
Standard manufacturing warranties for faulty products apply to all products. Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
For hygiene reasons, to be eligible for a refund contact lens boxes MUST be unmarked and unopened. We are unable to accept opened contact lens boxes for returns under any circumstances, so please double check your prescription before ordering or contact us for help. If you feel there is a problem with a lens you have opened, contact us to arrange a replacement.
