Andrew Mizzi is a graduate of the University of NSW and has been practicing optometry in the Penrith region since 1986. He is a member of the Optometrists Association of Australia and has been a member of the ProVision Eyecare Network since establishing his practice in Kingswood in 1995.

Andrew is committed to the local community and has lived in the area since 1990. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Penrith Valley and provides optometric services to the local Aboriginal Community through the Daruk Aboriginal Medical Service at Mount Druitt. This is a program of the International Centre for Eye Education. (ICEE)
